Thanks for bringing the error at Climatic Research Unit email controversy to our attention, and doing the proper thing by raising it on the talk page rather than editing it yourself when you've got a potential WP:COI situation. Since the Guardian blog used as a source is, at best, ambiguous, it might be worth asking them to add a correction – they do seem to be reasonable about publishing such corrections. All the best, dave souza, talk 20:27, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mike Hulme[edit]

Mike Hulme is currently being edited by you, are you the same person? Please read wp:v and wp:rs before adding content as what you have added is currently unsourced. There is also the wp:coi to be noted here. If you have any questions feel free to give me a shout on my talk page, happy editing mark nutley (talk) 18:08, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And if you have a bit of time spare :) Synopsis Needed :) mark nutley (talk) 18:37, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Authentication Request[edit]

Hello there Professor Hulme. As you can most definitely appreciate, we try to be very cautious when dealing with notable people who wish to become editors. While we would love to have you editing the encyclopedia, we do want to make sure that the real Michael Hulme controls this account. Could you please email info-en@wikimedia.org from either a university or @mikehulme.org address and confirm that you are indeed Michael Hulme? Thank you, NW (Talk) 00:13, 2 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
