  • I've blocked you because it looks like you are using multiple accounts on Wikipedia, as it looks like you first began editing under User:Michael James Schneider. Having multiple accounts on Wikipedia is highly discouraged and can be seen as WP:SOCKPUPPETRY. There are a few exceptions to this rule (forgetting the password, wanting an account for editing in different locations) but this does not outwardly appear to be one of these exceptions and even in those instances you would have to state up front why you are editing with a new account. The best thing to do is to log into the older account and use that one. Now as far as the article goes, I do have to give you a bit of a warning: when trying to find the article you were talking about I ended up being unable to really find anything that discusses this particular concept. It being discussed by a specialist does make it more likely that there will be coverage, but that's not a guarantee that there will be coverage or even that the specialist would be someone that would be a reliable source per Wikipedia's guidelines. You need to be very careful because otherwise this will be considered WP:OR (original research) and even if you made a new article, it would still be ultimately deleted for that reason. This doesn't mean that you can't make the article but it is something to take into consideration. Now as far as the article restoration goes, the original article was actually blank and didn't have any content in it. If you were requesting the restoration of the file then you would have to request that on Commons (where you uploaded it) and file with ORTS showing that you own the copyrights to the image you added. • I also have to ask why you made the statement " I paid for this in my 20 plus year quest to authenticate this piece of art. " Does this mean that you are trying to post your own research onto Wikipedia, meaning that you are the specialist in question? Please understand that Wikipedia is not a place to post your own findings and that we would still require some sort of coverage from a person other than yourself. A report made up by someone that you paid wouldn't really count as a non-primary source since you still paid them to complete it and as such there would be some conflict of interest. Now if another person did this then that would help some. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:54, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
