Hi S0091, Michael Thaddeus (despite the name I have no relation to him) satisfies criterion 1. The person's research has had a significant impact in their scholarly discipline, broadly construed, as demonstrated by independent reliable sources. His articles are highly cited and some of his work is described as spectacular by various people. (Apologies for posting in the wrong place! I'm new here.)
