Why did you revert back to the old version? Do "Bulletin Surveys" (a user-made feature) need a separate L2 section? I thi=ought mie was much more organized and cut the bull. Black v. African American

You are wrong. There are many black people from many other countries other than Africa. In addition, Wikipedia is not in the business of deciding what some heckler considers his race to be; Wikipedia simply lists information from other sources.
