Thanks for adding a citation regarding Rayburn's perceived age discrimination. Unfortunately, the BookRags website appears to be editorialized summaries of printed works, and not necessarily a verifiable source that would be needed for the Match Game article.

Do you have a copy of Rayburn's biography? If you can locate within the book where he discusses age discrimination, you can use the Cite Book template to note where this is discussed within the text.
