Hello. Concerning your contribution, Shenita moore, please note that Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text or images obtained from other web sites or printed material, without the permission of the author(s). This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.shenitamoore.com/bio.htm. As a copyright violation, Shenita moore appears to qualify for deletion under the speedy deletion criteria. Shenita moore has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.

If you believe that the article or image is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) then you should do one of the following:

  • If you have permission from the author, leave a message explaining the details at Talk:Shenita moore and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.
  • If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted under the GFDL or released into the public domain leave a note at Talk:Shenita moore with a link to where we can find that note.
  • If you hold the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on Talk:Shenita moore.

However, for textual content, you may simply consider rewriting the content in your own words. Thank you. THE AMERICAN METROSEXUAL (talk) 19:03, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, as you did at Shenita moore. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. THE AMERICAN METROSEXUAL (talk) 19:03, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Multiple accounts

[edit]

There seems to be a direct connection between you and User:Shenita. Multiple accounts tend to be frowned on, especially single-purpose accounts which in this case is either promotion or self-promotion. Please read WP:COI to learn more. Thanks. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 21:18, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Shenita Moore has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

fails WP:ENTERTAINER, no evidence of multiple notable roles; recurring role on Greys Anatomy was as 'Surgical Nurse / Another Nurse / ER Nurse'

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nomination of Shenita Moore for deletion

[edit]

A discussion has begun about whether the article Shenita Moore, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Shenita Moore until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Tassedethe (talk) 20:53, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
