Copyright status of File:Red shirt.jpg[edit]

Greetings! Can you explain how the file you uploaded, File:Red shirt.jpg, is licensed under Creative Commons? I see a copyright notice on the website http://www.garyhooser.com/ but no evidence of a Creative Commons license. —C.Fred (talk) 21:16, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In regard to the photo mentioned above, you indicated on my talk page that "We are the agency that took his photo." Accordingly, the following applies to you, since you are an agent working for Gary Hooser and/or his campaign committee:

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
