I really wish you'd discussed this before unilaterally renaming the page. I said as much in its talk page. - Denimadept (talk) 06:16, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

[edit]

I reverted your edit. The setup of the season numbers were discussed. Please read the talk pages of Big Brother 9 (U.S.) for the discussions. The season numbers were set up similar to The Amazing Race which labels its "Family Edition" and "All-Stars" edition but uses numbers for the rest. If you feel using only numbers is best please feel free to bring up the discussion again. ♪♫Alucard 16♫♪ 01:58, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Official" theme park names

[edit]

Please consider undoing your multiple page moves to add the superfluous word Park to the title of several Disney theme park articles.[1] According to WP:COMMONNAME, Wikipedia's naming convention is Use the most common name of a person or thing that does not conflict with the names of other people or things. The page lists the following examples:

The issue has been previously discussed; here's one example. Whether Magic Kingdom Park is the '"official" name, there are many examples at the theme park itself where the name is displayed as Magic Kingdom. It's not Wikipedia's job to defend Disney's trademarks. For the same reason, the article shouldn't be titled Magic Kingdom® Park. At the very least, consider seeking consensus with other editors before deciding to move multiple articles simply because you believe they must match Disney's "official" name. —Whoville (talk) 20:15, 30 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

location for WDW locations

[edit]

Welcome to WP. Please see the discussion that took place at Talk:Walt Disney World Resort regarding the location of various WDW resorts, parks, and other items. Due to the complicated matter surrounding the overall issue of where WDWR resides in relation to the different cities and counties it comprises, the consensus is to place the location of each item as "Walt Disney World Resort" and then place the location information in that article where we can be more complete with the complicated explanation. If you would like to offer your opinion on the topic before making your edits again, please share your thoughts on that talk page. Thanks.SpikeJones (talk) 14:24, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
