List of sovereign states by date of formation[edit]
You made a recent change to List of sovereign states by date of formation in order to correct the date sorting of BC dates in the table for Asia. I tried the same approach, and then several other options, to get Ethiopia to sort correctly to the top in the Africa table, but everything I tried still puts "~800 BC" between 1968 and 1973. Hi Mikehillman, good work on the subject list! If possible, could you look into WP:ACCESS with particular regard to "Ensure that color is not the only method used to convey important information. Especially, do not use colored text or background unless its status is also indicated using another method such as an accessible symbol matched to a legend, or footnote labels."? The legend you've used is a little difficult for people who find it difficult to distinguish between grey and silver, and doesn't use any accompanying symbology. Thanks!
