May 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Yeeno. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Donnie Yen, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Yeeno (talk) 21:27, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

July 2022[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Gandalf. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You have already been reverted and told by another editor that narrative is in the present tense; in Middle-earth articles, that applies to material from The Hobbit onwards, ie. flashbacks to the Second Age should be in past tense. I do hope this is clear: you cannot force changes through by edit-warring. Chiswick Chap (talk) 15:05, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

They are not nor intend to be disruptive. The story of Gandalf should be told in the past tense instead of the present tense because his events already happened. That's why I made the changes. I'm simply telling it in the past tense leading all the way up to his departure from Middle-Earth. That's ALL it is MikeyB2022 (talk) 04:50, 4 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

September 2022[edit]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Count Orlok, you may be blocked from editing. Sundayclose (talk) 13:49, 2 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

How is it disruptive? I'm just adding some depth to the character. MikeyB2022 (talk) 19:41, 2 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It's disruptive because you have repeatedly violated Wikipedia's policies, have been warned multiple times with links to the policies, and apparently have decided to ignore the policies. READ WP:V: "All material in Wikipedia mainspace, including everything in articles, lists, and captions, must be verifiable and must include an inline citation to a reliable source that directly supports the material." Failure to follow Wikipedia's policies, especially after being warned, can result in loss of editing privileges. Sundayclose (talk) 14:00, 3 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
