Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 105.113.8.24. I have no idea why there is a block on my address. I only attempted to put up an article.

@Vanderwaalforces Thank you. All the references were found to be reliable, and as far as I know independent. I am sorry it feels to you like "appears to read more like an advertisement". I will of course resubmit and attempt to meet your exacting standards. Note that you are the second reviewer. the first's comments pretty much guided this resubmission.
