Double spacing corrections[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I've noticed you've done "Double spacing corrections" on several articles. For the ones I've checked, the changes you've made to not affect the actual article; Wikipedia's mark-up language generally ignores multiple white spaces. It's a standard here that editors do not make changes that have no effect; it just needlessly adds to the change logs and makes more work for reviewers. None of your changes should be reverted, of course (that would just make it worse!), but if you could refrain from more of these, that would be nice. If you have any questions about this, you can reply here. If you have any other questions, you can ask on my talk page. Thanks for your help! --A D Monroe III (talk) 17:04, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"Grammar" corrections[edit]

Please stop with the so-called "grammar" corrections. Unfortunately, you seem to be somewhat lacking in knowledge about English grammar, and many of your edits are introducing errors and/or changing the fundamental meaning of the sentences you've changed. The majority of others are pointless and unnecessary. There are many better ways to spend your time as an editor here on Wikipedia. General Ization Talk 00:35, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Jeez take it easy on me-it's only my second day here... PS I have a 98 in Language Arts FYI Miles.mu (talk) 00:52, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate that you are new here – all the more reason you should consider your edits more carefully. Edits like this one show that you are not doing so sufficiently. General Ization Talk 03:24, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Coordinates[edit]

Please see Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Dates and numbers#Geographical coordinates. PrimeHunter (talk) 17:32, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You added geo-coordinates to Cypress Grove Plantation. What was your source? Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 18:56, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

July 2017[edit]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Harrison County School District. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Incorrect format for coordinates; this is your second caution. Magnolia677 (talk) 18:59, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Block message:

I was autoblocked because my IP address was recently used by this user called "Syd.rogers". Syd.rogers was blocked because of: "Vandalism". Please help me admins. I did nothing wrong, it was Syd.rogers, not me

Accept reason: I have lifted the autoblock. It seems likely, though, that you know Syd.rogers; you may want to have a word with her about her conduct. Huon (talk) 22:45, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! And yes, I have had a talk with syd.rogers. She has agreed that she will never vandalize Wikipedia again.

Hi Miles.527, I have unfortunately had to suppress some of your edits because they reveal too much personally identifiable information about you. We have a policy of protecting editors' safety by hiding such information if they share it. I'm really sorry about having to suppress your edits, and I know it's annoying, but it's for the best. Please don't re-add the information. For some useful information on privacy and safety, you can take a look at Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors and Wikipedia:On privacy, confidentiality and discretion. Thanks, and sorry for messing about with your pages! —DoRD (talk) 23:47, 11 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It's ok but in the future, if I want to redesign my user page, what should I include/not include?

Please don't put the quotes to the word "right", they are useless, thank you--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 21:29, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but I don't remember putting any quotes to the word "right". Maybe it has to do with the fact that I do visually editing? Or the fact that I sometimes do mobile editing? Miles.527 (talk) 21:37, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Check your changes and you will see it yourself--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 21:41, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I've noticed that I have been accidently putting quotation marks to the word "right". I'm sorry for doing it, but I don't know how it woks, I am not doing it on purpose. I have never touched the 'upload date section'... Miles.527 (talk) 21:46, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The important thing is that from now on you will be more careful and will not do it anymore, thank you--Luke Stark 96 (talk) 21:52, 12 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
