The index is still explained in the collapsible table in the "Pandemic potential" section, and explained further in the two articles linked from that section. Deletion

There are three types of deletion on Wikipedia, to be used one at a time. Speedy deletion is for obviously flawed articles, proposed deletion, aka prod, is for uncontroversial deletion, and articles for deletion, AfD, is to prompt a discussion to reach a consensus on whether to delete or keep.
