Request reason:

1. I have undiagnosed learning disability and I missed reading your guideline for username. For this, I express deep sorry.

2. This page, I contributed for is working just like an NGO, and founders have no greed for promotion and money.

3. I am not getting any kind of funding for this page or company, instead I contributed to many NGOs for free, as a substance abuse counselor.

4. I pay my bills with part time jobs income from other source and has no profitable (financial) gains from this organization: I have only contributed from heart.

5. Currently, we lack fundings, but when we have some, then the organization will be converted to a 101% legal nonprofit company (from Pvt Ltd now), for which we need money and an honest partner.

6. I am a still student of PhD and I can reply to reviewer with my academic email (ashutoshpsy.rshgndu.ac.in).

1. I am new to wiki, and I was not aware about conflicting username, and I avoid reading rules due to my boredom for reading and learning disability.

2. I have requested for a valid name change.

3. I have not written (contributed) the mind glass wellbeing page out of greed and direct or indirect financial gains.

4. I assure, I will not repeat such errors, in future.

Decline reason:

You wrote "I added a new company that works for community wellness and education at affordable prices and needs social recognition for its work"- this is exactly the wrong reason to create a Wikipedia article. That is a promotional purpose and not permitted. Wikipedia is not a place to tell the world about good causes or organizations that do good work. Wikipedia is not a place to merely tell about an organization and what it does. A Wikipedia article about an organization must summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the organization, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of a notable organization. Please read conflict of interest and tell us in a new request how your future edits will be consistent with that policy, as well as any topics unrelated to your conflict of interest that you might edit about as a general contributor.
