Hi, please leave me a message though I may not respond right away.

Just a friendly reminder that you've already reverted the Rushton article 3 times in the past 24 hours. One more revert and you will be reported. I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd consider working with the current version of the article instead of blanket reverting and adding parenthetical disclaimers - our disagreement is one we should be able to incrementally find compromise on. --JereKrischel 19:17, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism of Rushton[edit]

Let's see if we can build some balance on the critiques - maybe trim them up a bit and expand further in other articles. They still seem important. --JereKrischel 03:03, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Give me a few minutes to work on trimming the critique sections, and see if you agree with it. --JereKrischel 03:06, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry if it seems I'm edit warring - I actually greatly appreciate your help on making the article better, but I think it's important to start off with a more recent version of the summary than Rikurzhen began with. Let's see if we can take it from there. Probably the three areas where we need the most discussion are - 1) usage of MeSH terminology, 2) Penis, and 3) clearly identifying REB criticism as separate from Rushton in general criticism. I'll post more on the talk page of Race, Evolution and Behavior, and let's see if we can work this out together. Thanks again for all your help! --JereKrischel 03:28, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've went ahead and removed what was obviously non-specific Rushton criticism, tightened up the sections you mentioned, and added additional references to Gil-White you may not have known about specifically addressing "Race, Evolution and Behavior". Again, thanks for your help, please take a look and see if there is anything specific you still object to, and I'll be happy to work with you to address any of your concerns. Thanks again! I know we may not agree on everything, but I greatly respect your willingness to work together on this! --JereKrischel 03:59, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks again for your edits - I think you're right, the penis section probably doesn't belong there. I think the section it was "rebutting" is already gone, so it really isn't necessary (but if someone starts pounding the penis drum again, it should probably go back in...let's keep our fingers crossed :)). I've made some very minor changes - simply adding references and moving to the REB terminology of "-oids". Please let me know if there are other sections you're concerned with, and we can work things out together. Thanks! --JereKrischel 08:06, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I recently tried to link the book The Arab Mind into Arab, but Jidan strongly disagreed - on personal grounds (he never opened the book). In retrospect, I can see that perhaps having just one viewpoint may be insufficient (although the book is used by the U.S. government). I asked Psychohistorian about perhaps writing an all-encompassing article Arab cultural psychology (Caution: the American University of Beirut declined to write the article on the grounds that there were too few references to prove assertions and that anything written would quickly become politicized.] What are your thoughts? Simesa 02:01, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. - You might not like the book The Arab Mind, as the author defines an Arab as anyone whose mother tongue is Arabic (he has an extensive discussion of why). But otherwise, it's a powerful book. Simesa 02:01, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

October 2007[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to dolphin, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - UtherSRG (talk) 22:23, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cited or not, it was still vandalism, and you know it, or you are trying to make a WP:POINT. - UtherSRG (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 22:37, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Minorcorrections. The story about dolphins descending from humans is a hoax. The source you cited is a tabloid, not a reliable source of information. If you believed the story, it wasn't vandalism, just an honest mistake. Take care, Kla’quot (talk | contribs) 22:44, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
