Re: Regarding deleted article titled, "Father Michael Manning"
[edit]Hey there - Actually, I deleted this article as a redirect to a nonexistent page, so you don't need anyone's permission to recreate this page. I will note, however, that titles such as "Father" are generally not used in people's article titles, so I would discourage creating a page under this name. Michael Manning is currently a disambiguation page, so your best bet would be to create a page called Michael Manning (religious figure) or something similar. Hope that helps, VegaDark (talk) 21:10, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
- You may want to make the page in your userspace first, e.g. at User:Mirandaemde/Article and have someone review it before you place it in the mainspace. Unfortunately, I'm going to be gone for a few days so I won't be able to if you want it done soon. VegaDark (talk) 22:22, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
ok sounds great! I will do that. It may be more than a few days, so I will let you know when it is up and maybe you can check it out when you return. Thanks.
- I've looked it over. It looks like it would probably survive a deletion discussion, but as the tags at the top state, it could still use a lot of work. People may improve the article if you move it to mainspace. VegaDark (talk) 19:57, 19 November 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, you can always continue to improve an article after it is moved to mainspace. If you think it is ready, go ahead and move it. VegaDark (talk) 03:28, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
