G-Police request[edit]

hi there, i'm looking to get hold of the review of 'g-police' from next gen magazine (38 Feb '98), if it's not too much trouble. Bridies (talk) 13:15, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here you go. Sorry for taking so long. ——Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 04:13, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Magazine request[edit]

Hey, I was wondering if I could get the Spyro: Year of the Dragon review from Next Generation Magazine (Lifecycle 2) issue 1 (2001-January)? Thanks. Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 15:42, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here's the review. There's large images and captions above this scan that were cropped out. In Lifecycle 2, Next Gen went to an extra wide format that extends beyond my scanner size. If you want this image I can scan that too. Apologizes for the long delay. ——Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 04:25, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately I'm editing Wikipedia behind a rather annoying firewall which blocks my FTP access. Do you think you could put it on imageshack or even upload it to wikipedia, then I can download and delete it? Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 11:59, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Stupid firewalls... can't even play online games here too... oh well, I got the image and deleted it after saving a local copy, thanks for all your help. Cheers, Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 01:58, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Done. I wrote some info on it so it hopefully won't be insta-deleted for being copyrighted. I suppose if it is, you're admin and can see those deleted images anyway. If you weren't able to grab it, just tell me and I'll email it to ya. ——Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 01:59, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

question...[edit]

Hi Shawn. I'd like to thank you first for your efforts here in Wikipedia, especially what you've contributed to video game information. On that subject, I'm a huge fan of Next Generation magazine. Is there any place you know of where I can download/access the content of the magazine (especially their reviews) from/on the internet? Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SlightlyInsane (talkcontribs) 00:18, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not that I know of. Most of the magazines I got were from when I first received them or off of eBay. Outside of searching Google, I don't know what else to tell you. ——Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 04:28, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Magazine request[edit]

Hey, I noticed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Magazines/Next Generation Magazine that you have the August 1999 issue that mentions Midtown Madness. If this is true, could you please email me a copy - my email is {email removed}.

Thanks in advance, giggy (:O) 05:24, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here's the review. Apologies for the late reply. I removed your email addy so to avoid spambots. ——Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 04:34, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. —Giggy 07:15, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the help![edit]

Thank you, Shawn, for the information on Next Generation Magazine's review of Master of Magic. Welcome back from your break. Jappalang (talk) 03:08, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Mario 64 Article Requests[edit]

Thank you very much for filling that tall order. It is very much appreciated. I'll get to reading the sources to strengthen the article's content and sourcing.

On another note, it's good to see you back. The magazine project was not the same with out you. Thanks for all you do. (Guyinblack25 talk 04:15, 29 August 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Thanks for the article![edit]

Hey dude, thanks for the article you scanned. It was a long time coming, but hey, good things come to those who wait, as they say. TheAxeGrinder (talk) 05:13, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
