Flag of the Philippines

Hi, I see you are changing Flag of the Philippines in many articles, I'm not sure if you are right or not. but if you think it's correct go here and ask them to change the template . Mohsen1248 (talk) 10:39, 15 November 2011 (UTC)

Hello there! Yes, I did change many of the articles. This is regarding File:Flag of the Philippines (light blue).svg. I have put my reasons for doing so at Philippine WikiProject talk page. To make it short, this version of the flag was only used from 1985 to 1986, not 1981 to 1986, according to the text of the Executive Order No. 1010 February 25, 1985. And yes, I did want to request to change the template just like you suggested but I was waiting for a response over at the Philippine WikiProject talk page first.
