Space elevator

[edit]

Hello,

The sections I proofread in the space elevator article were flagged as potential "original research", with the comment "Please improve it by verifying the claims " - this is exactly what I have done. That WP:Verification led to some minor corrections and clarifications, so that the article indeed had been improved. Why do you suppress my work? And why do you insist on leaving those mistakes in the article?! Biem (talk) 15:05, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's not all about you. And, it's not your work, nor mine. It's our work, all of us. You're making multiple changes in single edits making it hard for others to see the brilliance that you see. You also seem to think you know more about what you're talking about than you actually do (that's one reason why WP has it's OR policies). The one citation you added was way out of date and superseded -- i.e. unreliable. Etc. etc. Read Edwards and ISEC, then you will have an up-to-date clue, you'll also have some better refs to back you up. Don't cite Smitherman (1999) either, it's way out of date too. And for Pete's sake, try making single changes per edit. Moblecl (talk) 16:06, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
