Kookherd[edit]

In the article Al Madani you wrote a sentence that ends "dominant power throughout most of what is now." Now what? The end of the sentence seems to be missing.

I came to the article to see if the {{Cite EB1911}} ought to be {{1911}} instead. and to add inline citations for the information in the text. From the EB1911 text there is a sentence which I assume is tied into the Wikipedia article Al Madani simply because it seems to be about a governing class:

Like many other Persian Gulf ports, Bander Lingah was for many generations a hereditary patrimony of the Sheikh of an Arab tribe, in this case the Juvasmi tribe, and it was only in 1898 that the Arabs were expelled from the place by a Persian force.

I will put the article on my watch list and would appreciate it if you could make changes to it by either removing the EB1911 reference or including something in the text of the article to tie it into the EB1911 text. -- PBS (talk) 15:16, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Also Al Marzooqi "what is now..." and how does that tie in with the EB1911 article -- PBS (talk) 15:19, 7 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

Hi ... I see you are creating articles, with many footnotes. But it is unclear which sentence(s) each footnote applies to. Because you add them in the format of external links after the article. If you were to add them after the information that they directly support, that would be helpful and in accord with wp policy.--Epeefleche (talk) 02:14, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Fawzia Fuad of Egypt, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Albanian. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
