This is much better. Now subject's notability independent of others needs to be established. Are there interviews or articles that focus on him specifically and are not just passing mentions? The meaning of subject's award at the Australian Singing Competition is unclear. If it met criterion 9 of WP:NMUSIC ("has won first, second, or third place in a major music competition"), that alone would qualify this draft for mainspace.
