Rousse landmarks[edit]

Oh, you really shouldn't have created this page, I'll tag it for deletion :( We already have articles on most landmarks, and these articles are enough — they have the descriptions. If anyone wants to know more about a certain landmark, then they would follow the link. If you're interested in writing guides about landmarks, nightlife, hotels and restaurants, then maybe you should register with WikiTravel (http://wikitravel.org/en/Main_Page). This is not the kind of information an encyclopedia like Wikipedia typically includes, and this type of content is hardly suitable here, but it would be very appropriate for WikiTravel. Best wishes, TodorBozhinov 12:29, 8 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! Please read WP:NOT to learn what Wikipedia is not — particularly, it does not include travel guides (under "Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information"). If you would like to contribute to Wikipedia with useful content, I would advise you to read this and the other guidelines first. Wikipedia doesn't care about what would be interesting to a newcomer, but what would be useful and encyclopedic — travel guides are apparently not encyclopedic. As I already said, perhaps you would find WikiTravel more suitable for you if you intend to contribute tourist guides only.
Not to mention you're duplicating content, which is not advisable — all content about these sights is already available in the corresponding articles, and you can expand them instead of summarizing them in a travel guide.
I appreciate your desire to contribute to Wikipedia and I'm aware that, as a newcomer, you may not understand some of Wikipedia's basic principles, but please make yourself familiar with them. Now, if you, having read the guidelines carefully, still insist that your articles does deserve a place in Wikipedia, then we can discuss this case with other people using Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. And please don't take offence :) Cheers, TodorBozhinov 17:32, 8 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome Momchil, how about creating the list of brief summaries within the "Culture" section of "Rousse" instead of creating a new article? I'm also interested in contributing there, but I think Todor is right insisting on "it's not a travel guide". --Cameltrader 18:03, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Networx-bg-logo.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Networx-bg-logo.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. License tagging for Image:Festa-holding-logo.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Festa-holding-logo.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Leanplum, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. smileguy91talk 00:13, 4 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article List of internet service providers in Bulgaria has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not meet the requirements for WP:LISTN with only two items (one without an article)

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
