ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:34, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop, discuss[edit]

You appear to be adding conference logos stylized in team colors to the various CFB Infoboxes via the "altlogo" parameter of Template:Infobox school athletics. As these are not team logos, this appears to be a misuse of the parameter. These changes are being reverted. To the extent you believe there might be consensus for these changes, Wikipedia talk:WikiProject College football is a good venue to discuss. UW Dawgs (talk) 06:52, 12 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Rationale, it creates a home for those conference logos. Placement in the articles is haphazard and random. And in places such as with Tulane or Kansas that did have alternative logos, I just moved the conference logo to below the infobox. If the 250px is too large, that can be decreased, but it creates a better aesthetic and consistency across all schools. Moonraker0022 (talk) 03:00, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
