This block is nonsense. The blocking message claims

This account has not been used for vandalism, nor trolling.

The contributions of this account clearly indicate no trolling, just a sockpuppet accusation against an user with multiple sockpuppets who has already been caught red-handed sockpuppetting and was allowed to continue this violation of WP:SSP

To whoever reviews this block, Morgwatchwatch appears to have been rightfully tagged as a sockpuppet of User:Nielsp, because all of his edits appear to have relevence to Morgellons, and Neilsp has made numerpus (and disruptive) rants on Talk:Morgellons. His accusation of sockpuppetry was passed off as trolling because he appeared to be trying to get someone who's editing style he disagrees with off of his article interest.
