I have 'created' this article for the reasons mentioned some time ago on Talk:Clay Mathematics Institute/Archive 1#Separate articles ?; briefly, my view is that an article on the Millennium Prize problems (which, as far as I know, does not exist) should exist and not be incorporated into the present Clay Mathematics Institute article.
