Civic in Pakistan[edit]

You keep reverting Honda D engine. Provide a dependable source as per WP:RS and I will be happy to discuss this with you. Until you do, stop adding your own opinions to the page or you will be blocked. Thanks,  Mr.choppers | ✎  04:29, 27 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

PakWheels is entirely undependable and appears to be user generated. Please read WP:RS. Note that a few months ago, PakWheels claimed 105hp for this model and a top speed of 220km/h. Today PakWheels claims 115hp and the even more unlikely top speed of 240km/h. It's not a good source. I suggest finding a period Honda brochure or manual.  Mr.choppers | ✎  21:29, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
PakWheels never claimed 105 hp for the the 7th Gen civic EXi D15Y3 the 2001 to 2006 model it is 115 hp the one you are talking about is the 6 th Gen civic EXi D15Z4 that comes with 105 hp which they correctly state and also by top speed they mean the total speed on the speedometer 6 th gen civic in Pakistan comes with upto 220 km/h and 7 th gen comes with upto 240 km/h the power figures are correct their are also other sources in Pakistan claiming the same specs like gari.pk and vehiclebaba.com if you search for this vehicle. Neither states the engine type, and neither matches what Honda Pakistan themselves stated. Both links clearly show 7th gen Civics, neither indicate model year.  Mr.choppers | ✎  13:45, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
yes because they have mismatched the information about these variants 6th gen civic EXI with D15Z4 non vtec comes with 105 hp @6800 rpm and 133 nm torque @5200 rpm the 7 th gen civic EXi with D15Y3 non vtec comes with 115 hp @6200 rpm and 142 nm torque @4700 rpm the power figures are correctly stated just mis matched to the wrong Gens of these civic. Mismatched and with other errors (top speed is not the number on the speedometer); you just proved why this is not a good source. What makes you believe that PakWheels is more dependable than the people who actually built and sold the car? They are clearly error prone.  Mr.choppers | ✎  17:38, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I started an RFC at the D engine talk page, please go there.  Mr.choppers | ✎  18:01, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
