Hi and thanks for your message on my talk page. I removed your link because it was to a document you created yourself, which means you have a conflict of interest, plus it is not clear why it is notable. If you think it should be added to the page, my suggestion would be to go to the article's talk page and suggest it there, and then if other editors agree, they can put it in the article.
