License tagging for Image:Ms gm.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Ms gm.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

I added the details about Distribution in the UK, a long time ago, as I was heavily involved with it and knew about it. The article at the time was fairly small and I thought it would be interesting. The intention was never to self promote. Hilarious! I think you'll find the other guy was doing the finger wagging. His initial edit about 3 years ago, which I only spotted recently, didn't even have an explanation. Please try to keep your edit summaries relevant to the edit; your last edit summary on the Game Genie article had nothing to do with your edit and asked me to remove a section I'd already removed.

Using terms like "finger-waggling" doesn't make your edits any less of a clear violation of policy. I repeatedly tried to address my concerns on your user talk but you ignored all of them. If you have interest in making this a better encyclopedia and not just seeing your name in the article, I suggest you browse through Wikipedia's policies and regulations to help you understand how to do your best to help. • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
