Hi. When you recently edited Malaysia–Kenya relations, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Development (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Because the last modification of the coat of arms happened less than 50 years ago, it is not free in Malaysia and cannot be hosted on the Commons. However, it can go on there in about 2 years (so the wait might seem long, but isn't). User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 19:58, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikimedia Commons

[edit]

Thank you for uploading free images/media to Wikipedia! As you may know, there is another Wikimedia Foundation project called Wikimedia Commons, a central media repository for all free media. In the future, please upload media there instead (see m:Help:Unified login). That way, all of the other language Wikipedias can use them too, as well as our many sister projects. This will also allow our visitors to search for, view and use our media in one central location. If you wish to move previous uploads to Commons, see Wikipedia:Moving images to the Commons (you may view your previous uploads). Please note that non-free content, such as images claimed as fair use, cannot be uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons. Help us spread the word about Commons by informing other users, and please continue uploading! Multichill (talk) 09:07, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Double thanks!

You're more than welcome, and thanks so much for the barnstar. The legendary editor Groubani once had a vision of us hosting a complete set of every single international relationship. So thanks for creating the relations article and taking us one step closer. FeydHuxtable (talk) 16:16, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You're welcome too, I'm also had a vision to improve the Foreign relations articles of my country for much better, but now I need your help on Malaysia–Syria relations article, can you help me out by adding some sources for it?. :) — NZscout  08:52, 21 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
A most noble vision. Your country is now an important trading and cultural centre for the whole of the East and certainly deserves a full set of relationship articles. I cant see this particular one being at much risk of destruction. Its of considerable geo strategic signifance due to all the attention Syria gets thanks to her role in the middle east. There seem to be dozens of good sources, perhaps one day this will even grow to good article size! FeydHuxtable (talk) 19:29, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you my friend! :) — NZscout  05:52, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Why?

[edit]
Why did you return the illegal source in Wikipedia Hot FM (Malaysia)? Without a consented source website..Answer all the my question right now !!.. Are you from the company Media Prima?. Nasir36 (talk) 07:23, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
First of all I want to told you that I'M NOT FROM MEDIA PRIMA, the source are not illegal, it's has been there for a long time, I'm also want to ask you, why you always want to change the Hot FM logo? It's already same with the old version. Please respect others Wikipedia editor, if you need help for example why your image has been delete, you can read the WP:CSD, not by doing vandalism to others!. — NZscout  08:28, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
First I want to tell you here ... I was the owner page Hot FM (Malaysia) .. When I was create a page was recently Hot FM (Malaysia) .. I see the page that always interferes with my work there, including the official logo of Hot FM .. it does not mean vandelisme? That interferes with other people's work .... if I you could also call me as Vandelisme .. in case I wanted the official logo Hot FM I first upload remain there at the right. without the nuisance proceeded by others. if you have the page itself you would be angry if there trying to destroy the right page. is not it?.Nasir36 (talk) 09:15, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I know you're the owner, but others editor still have the right to help adding image or improve the article! Seems you didn't understand what I'm talking about! Lolz ~ I'm NOT saying that you are doing vandalism to that article, BUT you're doing vandalism to my USER PAGE !! One more things for your knowledge, there's no one want to destroy the article!!!. — NZscout  09:07, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Because I am angry with you. because you have returned the summary with no legal sources in the page Hot FM (Malaysia).Nasir36 (talk) 09:30, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Means... Page? If on the page I reverted you because you're removed the current logo and upload the same type of size/pixel of the logo just because you want to change the uploaders name, but if in the logo, I reverted you because you're remove the sources that has been provided, If you want to edit the summary of the logo, just go on, but make sure you DIDN'T blanked the logo summary or remove the source like you did before. — NZscout  09:55, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

New set of Maps of Sabah

[edit]

Hi Ranking, I produced a set of new maps of divisions, districts and sungai of Sabah. Perhaps you want to exchange some of the older maps, especially because of the fact that the division frontier between Sandakan division and Tawau Division ist not correct. Cheers, -- cefalon 16:21, 15 February 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cccefalon (talkcontribs)

Thanks! I will exchange it later. Oh, may I know where did you get so many historical pictures of Sabah like this one?. :) — NZscout  17:05, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Sure. I brought some books with me from KK (Tregonning, Datu Panduka Mat Salleh, Silimpopon, ... etc) where I got old pictures. Also some archive material from old books like "BNBCC: Views of British North Borneo, London, 1899" is available in internet. Sometimes it takes me some time to postprocess the pictures for wikipedia purpose, this is why I could not release all material until now. --cefalon 17:15, 15 February 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cccefalon (talkcontribs)

Malaysia labelled map

[edit]

Interesting changes to the map. I don't think it's a good idea to label Federal territories along with East/West Malaysia. It firstly separates them from East and West Malaysia, although they are part of those parts of Malaysia. It also mixes the political and geographics. Perhaps changing the font colour of federal territories would be a better solution? CMD (talk) 06:51, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Mm, okay, I will fix it later soon after I'm finish fixing the "position", thank you for you suggestion. :) — иz нίpнόp  06:58, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Minor Barnstar
Hi Ranking Update, it is my pleasure to reward your alertness regarding your edits to the Wikipedia article "Singapore national football team". I did not recall that Singapore was still under British rule in 1953, so I changed it to the current flag of SG, thinking it was an error. However, your alertness reminded me of that fact. Keep up the excellent and commendable work and alertness! ;) Arctic Kangaroo (talk) 06:48, 27 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your request for rollback

[edit]

Hi Ranking Update. After reviewing your request for rollback, I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Mifter (talk) 02:36, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
