Notability

I've deleted the article, but I wanted to explain why. You claim that he's a notable person, but you didn't really show why or show any coverage in reliable sources. I can see that he went to school, got married, and had some children, but other than that there wasn't anything else listed for the most part. To show that he's notable you'd have to give some sort of information such as him being an extremely high ranked official, someone who created something significant, or something to that extent. Once that's established, you have to back up that notability with coverage in reliable sources. (WP:RS, WP:BIO) You show that he's an Inspector-general of police, but that doesn't automatically give notability. You have to show coverage in reliable sources.
