I hate to break it to you, but the paragraph in question has been discussed in length on the talk page (I suggest you try reading it) and the present version was considered the most plausible. The old version has consensus, and edit warring is never a solution. You should have just started a discussion on the talk page, rather than promising to revert everyone.
