I note that this policy was soundly violated by the lot of you with respect to these links. There is no dispute that edit warring is to be avoided. Should not individuals who cannot keep themselves from edit warring be ignored in this discussion until they can demonstrate some restraint? I think so. MPN,-- I have a reply that I typed up, but looking over it, I think it might be a tad less civil than I would like. It isn't _ACTUALLY_ incivil, but I worry posting it on-wiki might needlessly inflame the situation, because people who I'm not actually talking about might think I was trying to talk about them.

Hi Musings,

I don't think the problem with your previous account is any uncertainty over your contributions. It's perhaps more that you've chosen a name that people could confuse with mine, or that you're making a point with your username, which I'm afraid isn't allowed.
