Your article[edit]

Hi. I moved your article back to your sandbox because I don't think it's ready for mainspace yet.

The main issue is that you need to rely more on secondary sources that talk about Arney and her work. Looking at the current sources

The first source is Arney's own web page at UW. While it's ok to use it for background information (like you are doing) it isn't an independent source (it's probably written to Arney)
The second one a paper by them, so it's not really a great source for the fact that they were part of the team
The LUVOIR link doesn't mention them (although they are mentioned in page linked from that one)
As a whole, Medium isn't a good source (since it's user-created content), and in this case, it really isn't the best source that she won the awards. It's better to source fact like this to office websites for the awards, or reliable secondary sources that say she got the awards.
Things like Reddit AMAs and podcast appearances are really only worth mentioning if another source says they're important.

The biggest thing you need to do is to establish notability. That requires multiple sources that are independent of the subject that have non-trivial coverage. Find articles about her and her work.

Also you should refer to her by her surname, not her first name, in accordance with Wikipedia's style guide. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 22:53, 1 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
