Your question about Speedy Delete

Regarding your question on my talk page about someone removing a speedy tag from a page, my answer is no, it should not have been removed. The reason for this is outlined in WP:CSD as: "The creator of a page may not remove a Speedy Delete tag from it. Only an editor who is not the creator of a page may do so. A creator who disagrees with the speedy deletion should instead add {{hangon}} to the page, and explain the rationale on the page's discussion page."

I thought it would be fun to screw up all the articles, add random names and whatnot. Then I started getting all the warnings and realized that my vandalism would never stay on the page more than a couple of seconds and it wasn't worth it anymore.
