Request reason:

I have done one edit which was constructive and was right away blocked by some admin for “vandalism” without even getting a warning first. Thanks, -NPOV is a core policy (talk) 16:57, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

No, socks aren't given warnings. 331dot (talk) 17:17, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Ivanvector:, why did you block me? -NPOV is a core policy (talk) 17:02, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot:, is factual information vandalism? I did only edit, and I said it was constructive. -NPOV is a core policy (talk) 17:29, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
That you think your edit was constructive is part of the problem. I have nothing else to say. 331dot (talk) 17:29, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) In the edit in question, you removed the entire "monuments to Ukrainian collaborators" section from Monuments in the United States to Nazi collaborators article, claiming that the individuals depicted in the monuments listed were not Nazi collaborators, despite the section being adequately referenced throughout with citations in reliable publications describing the monuments as depicting Nazi collaborators, and with the two named individuals being plainly described as Nazi collaborators in their respective biographies, also with reliable sources. Furthermore, your username refers to a policy which is frequently abused by bad actors to remove properly referenced and balanced information that they disagree with, which is vandalism, and naming your new account in such a way suggests that you are familiar enough with Wikipedia to know this. All of the above combined suggests that you have created a new account to cause trouble in a controversial topic, and that is why I blocked you without a warning.
And as 331dot wrote while I was writing this, the fact that you continue to defend the edit as constructive suggests that you intend to continue making inappropriate edits like this, and as such you will not be unblocked. Thank you. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 17:33, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ivanvector:, boldly editing is not vandalism. -NPOV is a core policy (talk) 17:39, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It is when it is contrary to what sources state and you offer no sources that dispute the prior sources. 331dot (talk) 17:46, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot:, Bandera was literally arrested by the Nazis. Also may you link to the policy page that says it’s vandalism? I can link to WP:NOTV. -NPOV is a core policy (talk) 17:49, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I removed TPA simultaneously with their request here; another admin may restore it if they wish without asking me. 331dot (talk) 18:13, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
