You can request an article at this page: Wikipedia:Requested articles, but remember that Wikipedia is a volunteer project and people tend to write articles about things that they are interested in or knowledgeable about. There are many requested articles. The best way to have an article about something in particular is to write it yourself. If you want to go ahead and do that, take a look at Wikipedia:Your first article and dive in and start them.
