First of all, it's not at all uncited. That's in the sources. Two, please think about what the word "half" means. "Owns half the world's guns" and "owns more guns than all other countries combined" mean, by definition, the exact same thing. If you own half the world's guns you necessarily own more guns than all other countries combined. Just think about it how it could be possible to own 1/2 the world's guns, and not own more guns than all other countries combined. The phrases are equivalent. Think about it.
