Very nice concept, though I'm not entirely sure why you're showing them to me of all people. My only complaint would be that in the video, there is not enough time before the images move on, and they suffer from compression artifacts, making them hard to see. Still, good job. (I'm not that good at compliments.) Ppk01 21:53, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

Pugad Baboy Story arcs

Hello Nanami-san. =) I'd been thinking about those actually, and since I have all of the PB books published since the late 80's (until the latest), I'd be in excellent position to write those articles. Expect the links to turn blue soon. =) Thanks for the Barnstar! Kguirnela 12:38, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

A big thanks

Hi

I would like to say a big thank you for creating the Initial D userbox as I should had done so a while ago but my PSU blew up when I attempt to write this thank you note. Since then I have created another 3 based on its characters and moved it to a subsection of its own, just let me know what you think of it?. Willirennen 05:45, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Is Pugad Baboy 19 Truly Available???

Hello! I was just wondering if you knew where PB 19 is easy to find. I've been anticipating it for a long time now. Thanks! Nintenboy01 01:03, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the info. I got a copy yesterday at Comic Quest in Mega Mall. The sales lady there sure was unpleasant though... Nintenboy01 00:15, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

substing user warnings

When using certain template tags on talk pages, don't forget to substitute with text by adding subst: to the template tag. For example, use {{subst:uw-test1}} instead of {{uw-test1}}. This reduces server load and prevents accidental blanking of the template. MKoltnow 02:53, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

Re: Translation

What is that excerpt exactly? It seems to be a poem since it's short and doesn't make much sense out of context. And sorry, I'm not sure what it says, though have a bit of an idea, but I can't really help you since my translation skills are really low; better try someone else who knows Japanese better.-- 08:34, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Um...the first part says something about a request, though I don't know what "Eraku" means. The second part says that "I am an honest and good person". The third part talks about drawing or describing whatever xxx is, but repeats the kanji for draw/describe twice, though I do not know why. As I said, I barely understand it myself.-- 08:46, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
Not off the top of my head. If you browse the participants of WP:Anime and look for the Japanese language userbox that will be on most of their userpages you'll be able to tell how experienced a user is in the language.-- 09:16, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Sorry for my poor English and breaking into a conversation. "Eraku" means "very", "mighty", "quite" or whatever. So, that Japanese text is "It's a very specific request(lol). Being honest with yourself is good thing. I'll draw "xx" when I feel up to it.", I think. Hope this helps. --Swind 09:51, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

Negima!: Magister Negi Magi

Done, added my name onto the list for the main Negima! page. BTW: now I know how to do undo stuff, I actually stopped the Nodoka profile from being vandalized...again today. -StrangerAtaru 00:17, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

An editor has nominated Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal statistics and trivia, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal statistics and trivia and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Re: List of Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch episodes

Hi there, sorry for not replying sooner. Due to the general lack of fansubs, I only have access to the first 33 episodes, but I'll see what I can do over the coming weeks. (I have a lot of college work to catch up with, and my free time is limited.) Ppk01 08:01, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Negima remake title.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Negima remake title.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:11, 29 April 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure I agree with your note. Jeopardy! underlines categories (or parts of categories) when they would otherwise be italicized. Can you come up with an example where a minor work name (i.e., one that normally would be quotated) has been underlined in a Jeopardy! category? Robert K S 19:00, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

I'm just wondering, why was there no mention at all about the "smart car task" incident when two housemates, namely, Saicy and Gee-ann fainted because of suffocation? Bornok 20 07:25, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

I see. Thank you for the clarification!Bornok 20 04:03, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Image:PBB-Uma.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:PBB-Uma.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Pugad Baboy Sunday Comics

I need your help; I can't seem to find PBSC here in Bacolod or Iloilo for that matter. Is it still in circulation in Manila? -- • Kurt Guirnela •Talk 12:45, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

A lot of material was added to the article and I just finished editing it. May I ask you to take a look and make sure everything checks out? Davies, Andrew 11:16, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

PB 10

Greetings, I hope you don't mind if I ask you a question again but do you know where Pugad Baboy 10 can still be found? It's the only one I'm missing in my collection. Thanks. Nintenboy01 21:26, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Aw shucks, I already tried looking for it in National in Shangri-La (w/c is otherwise the best place to find all the other PB books). Thanks anyway though. Nintenboy01 00:48, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Uno_Old_Deck.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Uno_Old_Deck.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Videmus Omnia Talk 21:34, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Benigno Ramos: Bounty Hunter

I delved into your sandbox a while ago; I noticed that you have started the article for Bounty Hunter, but still have not completed it. Can I finish it for you? -- • Kurt Guirnela •Talk 03:39, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

Image:PB19Cover.jpg

I have tagged Image:PB19Cover.jpg as {{no rationale}}, because it does not provide a fair use rationale. If you believe the image to be acceptable for fair use according to Wikipedia policy, please provide a rationale explaining as much, in accordance with the fair use rationale guideline, on the image description page. Please also consider using {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. Thank you. ~ Wikihermit 01:54, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

1 vs. 100 (Philippine game show)

Hello, I'm a little bit confusion about the word Nakakarami or Nakakarami, It was stated on the show Sagot ng Nakakarami but I was thinking the correct word is Nakararami not Nakakarami. So what is the real word? Thank you for editing the article, I'm really appreciate with you help. Dehm46 Talk

Request semi-protection due to vandalism

Thank you for requested the semi-protection. I accidentally put the request in the article, sorry about that. Anyway, I've seen PBB Celebrity Edition and It seems that you forgot to complete the word "edition". So I complete it for you. - Dehm46 | talkback 07:56, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Negima!?

Its not on my watch list but I can add it. I do know there are a lot of idiots who hate that series and I am willing to protect it with you. (BTW: took my own advice and did the Chao Lingshen page yesterday.) -StrangerAtaru 12:57, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Re: Thing is, unlike some of the girls, not all of them really have enough to really get an article. After seeing what happened with some of profiles for other animes, I don't want to create a bunch of pages for girls who haven't done too much in any real medium. I may start trying to add some more to a couple to make them sufficient (coin flip now between Konoka and Setsuna, since those two seem to be getting a lot of complaints from those who want them), but its not like I'm going to be creating, say, articles for the twins or some of Chao's group any time soon. -StrangerAtaru 14:59, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Sure, no problem. Article still needs major revamps anyways due to WP:FICT. KyuuA4 15:52, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

I didn't notice that I protected that other article as well. I use an automated protection system that does all protection tasks from one screen. I guess it went haywire. I RFPPed the INC article because I'm a major contributer to the article and participant in the edit-war, because of that I can't use any admin powers unless otherwise noted by the ArbCom. --wL<speak·check> 03:17, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

  • Confession time: never saw the first series of Negima...all I know is its pretty close to the manga through about Kyoto (outside the cuts and such) and has a good Sayo episode, but then de-evolves into crap towards the end. -StrangerAtaru 16:32, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
  • No, don't know anyone who saw the first series. Then again, being a retelling of the first six volumes complete with bad art, Asuna in a fish costume and everyone getting an infamous mass Pactio....yeah. (then again, I'm planning on getting the Negima!? DVDs in the US and they're sort of infamous too ;p) BTW: still contemplating if any other girls need a seperate page...but after barely making one for Konoka, I may just take a break for the moment. -StrangerAtaru 23:58, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Extending block.

It is possible, but I would rather not do it, because few of the IPs contributions are vandalism. · AndonicO Talk 16:30, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Upon re-reviewing the user's contributions, I noticed he/she violated WP:3RR, so I have extended the block to 72 hours. · AndonicO Talk 16:32, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
The Miyazaki article. Not 3RR exactly, but the spirit of 3RR... they seem to have removed that part from WP:3RR. :/ I guess it was removed for a reason, so I'll lower the time to 32 hours. · AndonicO Talk 16:46, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
If I understand correctly (he wants to make two articles for the same characters, each specifying his personality in a different work of fiction), then you're right. There should be one article, and maybe with a section explaining the differences of various appearances of the character. · AndonicO Talk 17:27, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Nodoka Miyazaki

I don't get it: what is the difference between manga Nodoka and "Negima!?" Nodoka that these idiots keep bothering the page? All information regarding differences (which really aren't as many as these idiots make out) are noted in the "Negima!?" section on her character page. Can't we get the page protected or some sort of forum that we can air grievances between why they think the second anime Nodoka is different from manga Nodoka? -StrangerAtaru 20:13, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
