Heads up

After this week's chapter, I created a Chachamaru Karakuri article. Don't know if she's as important as some of the other possible girls who don't have it yet (everyone keeps pestering me for Setsuna's article and I still want to do one for Chisame) but I think she's done enough with Eva and Chao...plus we can go into all the technical stuff regarding her evolution and upgrades and such. -StrangerAtaru 02:27, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

  • I always forget about them because who knows if its changed since then. Maybe the Spanish or French or some other language would start creating pages for the girls. As for template changes: agreed. I started stretching it a bit once I started with Asuna and now we have six girls (though at least two or three more may get articles soon...I think Setsuna is next so everyone will shut up about it), we need to figure out how to reformat the page. We could do it like the Japanese template and have all thirty-one girls with most linking back to the students page but I don't know if that would be logical at this point. -StrangerAtaru 13:15, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

In-Universe

I'm personally trying to figure out how to fix any of these "in-universe" descriptions, but that's probably one of the hardest things to discern on this page. They want you to keep neutral and just treat them like a person on the outside describing them, but unfortunately, its hard to figure out what is a description and what's "in universe". I could look again at how Wiki describes it but I still haven't figured it out myself. -StrangerAtaru 13:14, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

  • Update: From what I've seen of what they call "extraordinary articles", they want us to talk less about how they are perceived by the plot and more about who they are in reference to our world. Basically some character basics but also sort of her basis, her position in the story, powers and abilities, alternate tellings (the two anime series) and such. My problem is that in the context of a manga or anime, a characters' existence is based squarely around the plot. While it would be alright to just say "she's a vampire and helps Negi", it doesn't go too much into who she is and why we care about her. I think Wiki just wants to avoid spoiling the series, but I try to make it as broad as possible in explanation. (like with the recent article on Ayaka...which knowing Wiki is in-universe too) -StrangerAtaru 13:20, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
A goddess descends to your talk page

Hi, I noticed your username appears on this category and would like to invite you to take part in a general improvement drive on all articles relevant to Oh My Goddess! including character articles, episode articles and others. -- Cat chi? 21:53, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

Edit war

I'm NOT starting an edit war. I'm just plainly using the fact that Wikipedia policies state that the article should not be a recap of the show.

Thus, the use of HEADMASTER is canon, for it is the proper term used in Pinoy Dream Academy (PDA).

The reason of the ANON editor is that "Dean's Lister" was the term used at the premiere which is NOT a valid reason to wikipedia, because it is just a mere recap of what the show used. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aeron Valderrama (talkcontribs) 12:32, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Character Pages

I stopped with Chisame mostly because I either couldn't do any more or no other girl really has enough to work with. A few characters "could" attempt a page (best bets: Yue, Ku Fei, Kaede; possible: Sayo, Yuna, Kazumi, Ako, Haruna, Makie), but at this moment either I can't make myself do them or don't really think there is enough. -StrangerAtaru 19:13, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Pactio

Thanks for the heads up, saw them on AQS Forums (probably going to post here and there but mostly staying out of the nonsense these days) I do find it ironic, though, that two of the cards that are left are both cheerleaders. (Misa' Goat Suka and...Sakurako's Cosplay, which really should have been released at this point) -StrangerAtaru 14:15, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

  • Sakurako evolved into Lilymon! :p (OK, the tree on her head is strange and there's no super cannon but who cares, this is win) -StrangerAtaru (talk) 16:37, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Negima!?

Sure thing, thanks for keeping an eye on it yourself. What was up with that vandal anyway? Sounded like they were someone returning from a block from their edit summaries. Peace, delldot talk 16:52, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, too bad about that. It would be a shame to have to protect it permanently, but maybe another 2 month protection is in order. Let me know or bring it to WP:RFPP if it keeps up. Peace, delldot talk 17:05, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Hey, just wanted to give you a very late You're Welcome. Continue the fight against the vandals! Matthardingu (talk) 21:00, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Hello, thanks for uhh rephrasing some words there about Pactio. Well see ya around Blueknightex (talk) 11:31, 5 December 2007 (UTC);)

Highjacking

It sounds to me more like someone is... confused... rather than trying to highjack your account, because how could that possibly work? Unless they had access to your email or something... Or maybe they're just trying to be a pain. At any rate, I can't think of a way that disabling your email would help with this situation, other than to stop you getting emails about it. Anyway, I'm totally not computer savvy, so it might be a good idea to ask at the help desk, just to make sure I'm not missing something here. I'd say, though, that the most important things you can do to protect your account are to make sure your passwords for both your email and your account are really tough, good and long with numbers and letters and maybe other characters. And change them from time to time. And of course, be careful about leaving your account open on public terminals and all that good stuff. Anyway, yeah, I'd ask at the help desk because you really can't rely on me to know what's going on ;) Let me know if you learn something contradictory to what I've said. Good luck! Peace, delldot talk 11:47, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

Survivor: China episode 10 summary

Now that I've seen the episode, I rewrote the episode summary. Survivor4ever is a brand new editor. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 05:05, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

Re your message: No problem. =) If you look at the edit history, I've written most of the summaries so far, so I was prepared to write up the summary this week. The summary was hard to understand and I didn't use any of it, but the effort is appreciated anyways. I rewrote the James elimination note, too. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 05:21, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

Checkuser requests or alternatives

Greetings! I've not put in a checkuser request before. If you're that concerned about backlash if you put in the checkuser request, maybe the place to start discussion is the Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents (WP:AN/I). Then you can get discussion going rather than just "blindly" requesting the checkuser - or even better, you get multiple admins suggesting that a checkuser is warranted, with one/several of them putting forth the request. —C.Fred (talk) 04:57, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Re: Protection

Sorry about not responding back to you sooner. I took the day off, of sorts. I'm glad that you were able to get another admin's attention and the article protected. I see that you were doing a lot of reverting. It appears that somebody with a dial-up account in Indonesia was very confused.

You're right that I don't know much about anime. I know roughly what it is, but I don't know any details beyond that it is very popular. Digimon sounds familiar to me, but I've never heard of Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch. -- Gogo Dodo 08:53, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for the barnstar. It was quite unexpected. It's an honor to receive one and I appreciate it. =) -- Gogo Dodo 05:29, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

Question

If you don't mind my asking... are you Japanese? I ask because that's what I thought when I saw your name but then you said that you're in the Philippines, although I know that you could still be of Japanese descent... but maybe they could have similar names since they're both in Asia... -- Mentifisto 10:30, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

No problem at all about your reply... I was also thinking that you might have derived your username from anime since many anime-lovers do that... -- Mentifisto 12:48, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Negima updates

Sayo, eh? I was actually thinking Ako was next if she does Pactio but Sayo has plenty too. (unlike Kazumi) Yuna would be great too but she really doesn't have that much...sort of group her with the likes of Kaede, Makie and such: close but not just yet. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 16:21, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

  • I'm trying to think at the top of my head about the Sayo article but there isn't much to think about: she died in 1941, reappered in vol. 9 and has been haunting Kazumi since then. There is a bit we could talk about with the first anime's rendition of her death but she hasn't done too much. Maybe later I probably can do the Sayo article but so far I just can't think of too much at the top of my head. As for where I've been: Universal Studios Orlando. (great park, but the only web terminal I could find was at a Sony store at a mall outside the park...we had one in our room but we needed a $100 pre-pay to use it) -StrangerAtaru (talk) 16:38, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
    • Added a few things to the Sayo entry. Still don't know if its big enough but I did what I could. Still thinking maybe of doing Ako myself even if I wonder if other girls have what's needed for an article...heck I don't even know if Ako has enough but she's gone through a lot so I think I can get by. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 04:37, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
    • I have all the Negi volumes up through 18 (can't make myself buy anything more recent due to the crappy events since summer break started) so I probably also have the Sayo character information, most likely in vol. 9. I can probably use that for assisting in character design data. Another thought: it is obvious we are going to use a pic from the first anime, but maybe I'm thinking instead of the Sayo pic we already have, we should use the one of her human form from that episode. (as for Negima!?, the best one is probably her Cosplay TF) -StrangerAtaru (talk) 14:26, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
    • I think I"ll add the character stuff in a bit then we'll be ready. Meanwhile, I'm actually starting to lean a bit less towards Ako and a bit more towards Ku Fei as my next one. Looking over some of the notes regards to her (even if she really hasn't done as much as other characters), she probably does have quite a bit to say. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 17:33, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
    • Case you're wondering, I added some stuff from the back of vol. 9, so barring anything missing or repetition, I think we're good to go. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 22:29, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
    • Starting to think: once we get about half the class in individual articles, I'm thinking of maybe merging the two together, thus allowing for all the students without articles in one collective place while linking to those who have them. I don't know if that's too much though. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 03:20, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
    • My problem is how we're going to depict it. The best way would be something similar to what I did with the Ayaka page in putting the "girl with flowers" pic on the description section). But considering this Sayo origin may not have anything at all to do with Akamatsu's Sayo origin or what she was or did prior to death, I don't know how we can do this right. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 03:33, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
    • As long as we credit this as her appearance from the first anime, then it probably is alright. Sort of as a "supposed" for what she really looked like as opposed to whatever Akamatsu does later. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 03:40, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
    • OK, going to call it a night soon but I got the beginnings of an expanded Ku Fei article started. Its still mostly a clone of the original article from the page but here's the link to my sandbox. Picwise I'm thinking of uploading her "failed Pactio" as well as her tiger TF from "Negima!?". -StrangerAtaru (talk) 03:58, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
    • I've been looking everywhere but not one volume I own has a character development profile for Ku Fei. I swore she had one...but then again, that could have been just a fusion of Mana (who had a similar wild hairstyle) and Chao (I don't think I ever put up Chao's design information...they could still say she's in universe) I could mention it with the design information about how her darker skin is not of the typical "Han Chinese" and the similarities in personality and look to Kaolla. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 15:10, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

Next article

I say go with Makie but mostly due to some of her early interactions (Eva's possession, the arc in vol. 7) even if more recently she's done really little comparatively to the other sports girls (where Ako and Yuuna get all the development and Akira's figured it out) That and the second anime did seem to need some explanation. With Kaede...outside her interaction in vol. 3 and being more Negi muscle (and getting crushed by Albireo), I just don't see her with too much. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 13:57, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Sorry for not getting back last night. I sort of had a tired night and just really couldn't look at it and respond appropriately. I'll try to look at it today. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 14:09, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
  • We probably need a bit more for actual personality and for placement in the story, but I did change the intro and added to the development background maybe everything we never needed to write about Kozue Migara. Hope you like it and hope to get more done later. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 05:27, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
  • OK, added a ton of Makie info, hopefully enough but I don't really know and I never really do. Only thing left in my mind is the picture...the thing is, due to Makie's infamy in "Negima!?", I really don't know which one to use! Several options include "Makie being told she fails by Ayaka", one of the Makie/Motsu scenes (either their first encounter or Motsu's "Black Rose Baron" impersonation), one of the Baka Rangers scenes...or something else completely. However, I am also thinking of adding the Kozue pic to Makie's development section. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 12:57, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Negima character list

Alright, with Makie complete, I decided in my head to process who's left and their possibilities of getting an article in the near future:
Yuna: Really hasn't had too much development until recently with stuff like "Mages vs. Mars", the Prof. Akashi chapter and such, may not have enough but could be attempted if she did more
Kazumi: Less than Yuna: yeah she's White Wing but she just is an organizer, Sayo's friend and sort of isn't saying everything she could have.
Ako: Perhaps one of the best chances of getting an article, still contemplating doing her
Akira: Sure she knows now but she's still underdeveloped, not yet.
Misa: Most of the cheerleaders have or done little, can't see it
Misora: Possible but highly unlikely. Most of what she's done was both running around during the festival and after it.
Madoka: See Misa, not too much for her outside cheerleading/Ako's friend
Haruna: Very underdeveloped and shallow compared to Nodoka and Yue, I don't think she's ready
Sakurako: Biases aside, I think she could be ready for an article...but not until she's really somehow tied to the story instead of just doing cheerleader stuff. Much further in the future.
Mana: There's quite a bit you could say about Mana but I don't know if its enough for an article. She's close though.
Kaede: Most of Kaede's development was way back in vol. 3 and she does seem to be hiding some stuff, since then she's done less than even Ku...though she's had a few battles and is the only Baka Ranger without an article. She could but I somehow see Mana getting it first of the warriors.
Chizuru: Hasn't really done as much as I expected, don't think she's going to be ready for a long time
Fuuka/Fumika: Only if you combine the twins together, but even then all we got is the Walking Club and their slightly improved Negima!? appearance...I still say no though.
Satomi: Done little outside Chao & Eva, extremely underdeveloped...don't think so.
Natsumi: I really want to say yes to Natsumi but she hasn't done as much as I expected to warrant an article. She just needs more development and usage either with Kotaro or Negi before I can see one.
Satsuki: Time with Negi is good but she's just there most of the time. Don't think so.
Zazie: I like Zazie but I'm not a 'tard for her. She's obviously being saved for towards the end so something tells me when "that time" comes, the article will be created.
Hope that helps. As it stands, if we need any more articles the best chances are probably Ako, Mana or Kaede...maybe Yuna but that's too far. But we shouldn't really dive into any more unless we know we have enough to warrant another article. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 23:00, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Yeah, the Japanese have a ton of articles but have more information than us plus just seem to respect it more. As I see it, 13 is probably enough unless we get more happening to some of the others. (Mana in the current arc, Ako in case something happens soon) -StrangerAtaru (talk) 03:39, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

Negima pictures

I see no point in doing so, since there are no fail use rational, and they will get deleted again sooner or later. MythSearchertalk 06:53, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Basically I saw what happened and somehow I was able to save a couple: they deleted everyone but Sayo, Yue, Ako, Makie and Sakurako, of which I added Ako and Sakurako's Fair Use rational since those two don't have articles. (and are personal favorites of mine) However, there is still hope: when the pics were first uploaded, the person put the source of all the pics on the page. If that website is still up, we can use that to put back up all the pics taken down if we still need to. But here's my question: do you want to do it for all 31 girls or just those without articles? (mostly since if you want all of them I can put the Fair Use for the Sayo, Yue and Makie pics) -StrangerAtaru (talk) 15:25, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
I am the one who put up the pictures and the site should still be up. It is an official site. MythSearchertalk 15:54, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
I don't think using the third game pictures is a good idea, since they are not done by the original author. MythSearchertalk 16:42, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
        • Well what's done is done: the third game pics are currently on the page. If you want to go back to the first game, then we can do that but I did notice many of the images copying the girls from the manga so it should be alright. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 21:47, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
  • I know this is a used topic but I uploaded and put up something tied to today's spoiler which won't be revealed until the chapter's release. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 23:54, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Wow, there's a massive similarity between Chang'e and Chizuru and the "lunar" part ties to astrology...I think we have a winner. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 14:15, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
      • I don't think anyone else is ready for an article yet. However, I do think its time to start expanding the articles that we have for the girls on the 1-15 and 16-31 sections to see if any are ready for said article. This could help girls like Kaede, Kazumi, Haruna, Ako, Yuna and some others. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 14:18, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Change the wheel template

I changed the template of the wheel. I hope I didn't insult you.Dehm46 (talk) 04:05, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

Re Re: Change the wheel template

Yeah, It's ok. No hard feeling. I didn't know that you have change the template before I knew. Yes, I'm gladly to give the URL of the text. I understand and I will correct it now. If you like, I will help you with the ABC version of the wheel. Dehm46 (talk) 09:17, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

I have finished reupload my version of the Wheel template for ABS-CBN. Do you want to reedit your ABC version too if it's ok? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dehm46 (talkcontribs) 13:53, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I was based on your wheel and also, i check also the ABC wheel on Youtube. Maybe I didn't recheck the wheel template. I will change the color of the wedge later. Thanks for reminding me.

Oh yes, i have one more suggestion. Can I do also a wedge template of the Power wedge, Jackpot wedge, and the Mistery wedge? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dehm46 (talkcontribs) 02:13, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

That is a good suggestion of taking a screencaps of the show, but the problem is the ABC version has a low quality of image since it's on Youtube and also I lost my TV tuner, so I can't screencap the ABS-CBN version. It is better that I will make an illustration of the wedge. Probably I will finished it soon.Dehm46 (talk) 14:02, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for reminding me about that. Sometimes I'm on a rush.Dehm46 (talk) 14:29, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
I have finished making the special wedges for the ABS-CBN version and I posted it in the article but I haven't finished yet the ABC version because I'm so confused with the color they've used.Dehm46 (talk) 12:41, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
I have finished making the special wedges for the ABC version and I posted it in the article. I didn't add stroke and shadow because I was based on the previous US version of the wheel.Dehm46 (talk) 13:37, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
Your Welcome and I want also to thank you for let me help your contribution. If you need any help like remake some image or any digital art related images, I will always be welcome to help out. Again, Thank you so much.Dehm46 (talk) 10:35, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

About Evangeline A.K. McDowell

Stupid name... It took me 2 minutes to look it up...

Anyway I've been thinking that the discription of her personality is a bit unappropriate for her now that some time's passed and she got a little softer. (The discription seems to make her too evil.) I've tried to change it, but I can't seem to find the appropriate words... Could you do it for me? Or at least tell me if you think I'm wrong...

I'm asking you because

  • You're from Japan.
  • You seem to know a lot about manga and anime
  • Every time I add an edit to "Maho sensei Negima" you come and fix the stuff I did wrong.

Just in passing... I'm Korean, not American or English. - — Preceding unsigned comment added by BrianGo28 (talkcontribs)

Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. Nodoka Editing War

I've been having some problems lately with the Nodoka page, particularly this idiot who keeps readding this comment about "fan response to Nodoka's failure to return to the story". What the heck is going on and have you had to deal with this? -StrangerAtaru (talk) 18:44, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

Re: Nodoka Miyazaki

Re your message: There's not quite enough activity for protected the page. And with the editor seeming to have stopped and the last edit being hours ago, a block would not be appropriate at this time. I did, however, leave him a note about edit warring. It appears that the editor has a fairly static IP address, so I wouldn't be surprised if he returns. He also adds a lot of unsourced material so leaving him a warning about that would be appropriate. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:06, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Re your message: If he returns, you should report him to WP:AN/3RR. I'll add it to my watchlist, but my watchlist lately has been so cluttered I've been missing stuff. =\ -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:20, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Nodoka Miyazaki

I'm actually an old patroller of the protection request page. :) Anyway. I'll go with just blocking the user. Generally, if it's a single user disrupting a page, blocking is the best option. So that's what I'll do. :)

As for the AI page, I'm sure it'll come up again. For a long time, that was considered allowable. Thank god that ended. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 07:22, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Sure. :) --WoohookittyWoohoo! 17:10, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Pactio

Sorry if I haven't responded lately. With all the info out there and the way the series has gone, there's nothing really to say. I've tried to make points on Aquastar but unfortunately I always get shut up by everyone there. Let alone that all the new info is amazing but there isn't too much to comment about them. Besides, most of these were sort of confirmed by the card game so its semi-old news. (though I do want to know what Sakurako's Rune is :p) -StrangerAtaru (talk) 18:58, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

  • What really is there to say? You're probably right and I really just feel very disoriented and disconnected to the Negiverse now that part of my favorite depictions is finally finding a bookend. With all going on in the actual manga, I just can't bring myself to say or do anything Negi-esque at this time. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 01:51, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Re: Help with DYK

Re your messages: I've had no involvement with DYK, so I really can't be of much help. Sorry about that. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 05:17, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:PB19Cover.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:PB19Cover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 23:28, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Mermaid3Forms.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Mermaid3Forms.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Project FMF (talk) 23:43, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

Akira reply

I need a reading outside kanji to see what Akira's name would be. That would end up determine where to go. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 15:59, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

  • OK, looking at her Suka card, its really hard how one could pronounce Akira's last name. Many times whenever there is a "Oo" situation, its left alone regarding its reading instead of making it "ō" if its an "o-vowel" followed by a "u" for extension. So keeping it "Oo" is right. On the other hand, there is the matter regarding the "kou" part...if the "u" section is connected as an extention of the "u", then I'd usually have it as "kō". But if its a seperate word or kanji like "ko-uchi", then I don't see the problem in making it "kou". But then again, if you don't know the context, most people would end up making it "kō". BTW: never read the Del Rey one so I can't answer that. -StrangerAtaru (talk) 00:08, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Chachamaru Karakuri Fancruft

it's pretty obvious in the picture above. Just follow the link.

Pretty Obvious =/= Fact. If you can't support the claim via a reliable third party source (i.e. not a fansite) then it has no business being on Wikipedia. --293.xx.xxx.xx (talk) 09:37, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
