Hiya! Okay I gotcha. But this IS part of their history.

Sean stevens appears mentiobed in the lima news over and over. I can send clips.

Also Nan Grigsby picture and crowning is documented.

Those two things are proved by "reliable sources". The lima news. Will you at least add that?

"Sean stevens appears mentioned in the lima news over and over. I can send clips." - not what we need. We would need bibliographic data: the title of the article, the date it was published, the name of the newspaper, and if possible the page number and the name of the reporter who wrote it.

That said, one of our policies is that we try to rely on published information: not just truth, but verifiability. Showing that Stevens was mentioned in the media a lot isn't relevant to the claims you've made. Unless you can point to a published news story or magazine article about the incident itself, we can't have it on here. I'm sure you're telling the truth about what happened, but if we accepted "I promise I'm telling the truth, this is really what happened" as a source... well, people would abuse that. Because humans are terrible.

I'm sorry, and I hope you understand why what you want isn't an option. DS (talk) 21:28, 19 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I understand. I am approaching this differently. And I credit the information you and the other editors provided me with. I am a person of note, imo, because I see now how my reign was the last in lima for many many years. The mag dropped the contest blah blah. People ran and tried to hide. But, I am an artist. You will hopefully be able to edit my writeups for my art and its semination, no pun intended. I will let the public ask questions and want answers and research will happen based on demand. Thank you all gentlemen. Polite Declination has oppressed women for millenia. Do something if you care. NanetteGrigsby (talk) 02:18, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
