Hello, NappyJohnson. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. lifebaka++ 18:36, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been accused of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/SonofFeanor. Thank you. Request reason:

I returned to wikipedia today to find that I have been blocked from editing following two "undo" edits I made regarding a factually incorrect statement on the "passive smoking" page. I have been watching these discussions go back and forth for a while and after repeated changes that continued to propogate bias on the page I elected create an account and make a change (which was immediately changed I might add). I am a unique person and am tired of seeing people with valid points shouted down on this specific page because their opinions are not shared by other editors. My understanding is that I have been blocked as a result of sockpuppetry and I hope this clearly shows that I am not a sockpuppet and in fact a unique, individual editor. It appears that I have stepped into a hornets nest, but still feel individuals should be able to provide evidence in support of a statement and have that evidence lead to a change for the better in a given page. If there are other issues aside from the sockpuppetry accusation I am prepared to respond to those as well.

Decline reason:

You were canvassed off-wiki to join an edit war--something which is frowned upon here. Blueboy96 21:14, 5 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
