Didn't you edit WP for a while before you created your account? I'm no expert, but i think to be using an "attack" account, i'd need to actually attack someone. I'm aware of all of that. I don't think anyone has ever been able to prove anything definitively, although it is a case of "yeah, we do know that". I don't think I'd aggravate it, though, by confronting him/her about it. While the "I'll get an adminstrator to block you" thing was excessive, there are some ties there to some higher up persons here, and it won't help to fix anything. It's a relationship that has been there a long time and he/she doesn't really go much over the line in the defense of or assist of the sock unless he/she actually agrees. I've dealt with this before, attempts were made to out me, although they were off-base on their findings. Edit in good cheer and don't dwell on this. It'll make you nuts!
