ampitup Hi - I'm not sure if this is the right or best way to contact you, because, yes - I am a new user. I had started out in the Sandbox , then felt the article was well-developed enough to post. I did not question the validity of the topic. I am a graduate student and as I had found several references to it online and see that this is a rapidly growing field. I do not know the author of the book "Neurobranding," and thought I been careful not to make it all centered kn that as well, since it is a much broader subject. Thank you so much for your comments. Is there anything I can do to salvage this. I did do a lot of reserach and have cite a lot of credible sources... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ampitup (talkcontribs) 22:00, 4 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

abuseFilter 260, common vandal phrases, currently blocking me[edit]

Hello NawlinWiki, you tweaked a problem I was having with #58 back on Nov 11th, and now I'm having a problem with sending my important official information to Gerda.

Okay, it is actually a secret mission, I probably should not be telling you this, but see User:Grey_Knight/Wikipedia_Fun_Police and my handler can explain everything.

As you can probably guess, this one particular satirical jab as overly-officious wikiJustice is not crucial to the survival of wikipedia.

As you can probably also guess, the recent uptick in aggressive AbuseFilter behavior, is well into WP:BITE territory by now, methinks.

Am I just wrong on the merits here? If so, can you explain specifically why, please? 74.192.84.101 (talk) 00:27, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Wikipedia Library Survey[edit]

As a subscriber to one of The Wikipedia Library's programs, we'd like to hear your thoughts about future donations and project activities in this brief survey. Thanks and cheers, Ocaasi t | c 14:55, 9 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Account block[edit]

I see you blocked user Trollinyomom for vandalism. Another user made a nearly identical edit on the same article last week (see here: [1]). That user, Ncain19 (talk) should probably also be blocked.Goodsdrew (talk) 17:10, 12 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

In User_talk:NawlinWiki/Archive_80 you write "both the Towfiq and Flowroute articles were being edited by sockpuppets of a sockmaster who appears to be running a pay-for-articles group." Were you referring to the Morning277 SPI? —rybec 20:10, 12 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I can't see deleted material, but there's a note at Jjeffmackay's talk page crediting Jjeffmackay with starting the Bayan Towfiq article, before you deleted it. Jjeffmackay has made a new Flowroute article to replace the one you deleted. Perhaps Flowroute would qualify for CSD G5? —rybec 23:40, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Dynamic IP[edit]

While I really appreciate the counter vandalism you are doing, I myself, a Wiki user id: Debastein just wanted to give you a heads up that this i.p. seems to be a dynamic i.p. address. I make this reference to your quite polite reversion warning to edit revision on the talk page of this i.p. While I have not done as such and will never do counter productive editing, getting a message for the same means that this probably wasn't from my laptop or my dongle, rather this is a dynamic ip provided by my network. I don't recall if there was a list to put it dynamic ip's for easy reference, but just thought I'd give you a heads up. Thank you by the way, firstly for keeping Wiki free of Vandalism, and secondly, for such a polite temple instead of the harsher ones. Regards, Debastein. Tsukineko[edit]

As you reverted some vandalism on it, I'm letting you know that it's now at WP:Articles for deletion/Tsukineko as as suspected hoax. Peridon (talk) 14:37, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

HD (rapper)[edit]

I'm writing to figure out why my page was just deleted. I read your description, and understand now that I had to many outgoing links. This is a nationally-known rapper that deserves a wikipedia page. BearfacedENT (talk) 22:23, 17 December 2013 (UTC)BearfacedENT[reply]

  • You would need to show that this person meets our notability standards for musicians, see WP:MUSIC, by citing to reliable *independent* sources, see WP:V (in other words, sources that are not HD's own pages). NawlinWiki (talk) 15:31, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I Went ahead and clarified any outstanding circumstances the best that I could, let me know if I can do anything else. Thanks BearfacedENT (talk) 09:10, 21 December 2013 (UTC) Bearfaced ENT[reply]

Doctor Who: Dalek Invasion[edit]

Hi, Because of long-term abuse, please reblock Doctor Who: Dalek Invasion with email access disabled. Thanks! Thewikiguru1 (talk) 18:42, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Toxkäpp![edit]

hi i'm new here and i just wanted to create a page about the band TOXKÄPP! but apperently they all get deleted immediately! Why? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Toxkäpp! (talkcontribs) 15:40, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Two reasons: (1) the article was promotional, rather than neutral - see WP:NPOV and WP:SPAM. (2) the article did not show, by citation to reliable independent sources (WP:V), how this band met our notability standards, WP:MUSIC. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:57, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sahil Jain[edit]

Sahil Jain was recreated for the fifth time in 3 days the moment you deleted it! Warned editor again about creating autobiograpies. :-o 220 of Borg 16:00, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ashkenazi Jews[edit]

Isn't 4 months a little long? Debresser (talk) 18:02, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • It was 3 months, but I will change it to 1 month. This is a very persistent long-term vandal. NawlinWiki (talk) 18:26, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You're right. :) But still. Thanks for the reduction. We'll just have to deal with this guy. This article is well-watched, after all. Debresser (talk) 19:10, 19 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

KrzysztofRogoza[edit]

I saw you deleted the page "ComTechnique". I understood that purpose of that was promotional approach used within article. If I change it to more historical background, could you restore it? How I can gain back the text?

  • I've moved the text of the deleted article to your userspace at User:KrzysztofRogoza/ComTechnique. In order for the article to be acceptable, (1) all the promotional language needs to be removed, see WP:NPOV and WP:SPAM; (2) you need to find reliable independent sources (see WP:V) that show that this company is notable per our standards, WP:CORP. Hello User:NawlinWiki; My interest is in initiating or starting a review for a GA or FA wikipage for a medical article. Any possible interest in participating? BillMoyers (talk) 14:49, 23 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
