Welcome![edit]

Hello, Ncharamut, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. Moving a page[edit]

Hello, and thank you for your edits. Thanks for creating an article. When you want to publish it, please choose "Main" as the target namespace. "Wikipedia" space is only for pages related to Wikipedia itself, like Wikipedia:Drafts and Wikipedia:About. I have moved it into the Main namespace. Thank you. weeklyd3 (block | talk | contributions) 05:53, 10 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I realized I had made the error and went back to change it, but you already had. Ncharamut (talk) 12:48, 10 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Thank you for writing this article. I have been reviewing it and have made some edits to the document here.

I added some maintenance tags to the article, which are basically about the use of primary or near primary sources - for instance profiles on websites for staff members are often written or at least reviewed by the subject. What are needed are secondary sources like newspapers, journals, etc.

I am happy to help if you are interested in polishing this article up so that we can remove the maintenance tags. Feel free to respond here or on my talk page.–CaroleHenson (talk) 00:16, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @CaroleHenson, thank you for helping to make the article better. I actually just created the template to help a new wiki editor get started, and @Parodda has been doing most of the content editing on this page. We would greatly appreciate your help in making the article better to remove the tags. Feel free to communicate with both of us here or we can discuss changes on the talk page of the article. Hi, Yes, I can work on it. I have something slotted to get started next, but after I make a bit of headway, I can return here. The key difference will be felt by getting secondary sources for the information, which will also likely bring in information and tone that wouldn't come from a CV / resume. And, then, the tags could be removed. If someone wants to help with that, that would be wonderful!

For instance, I have a subscription to newspapers.com and quickly found a source for this edit. If you want, you could start a "Personal life" section and mention that he run marathans and was a participant during the Boston Marathon bombing.–CaroleHenson (talk) 18:54, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, I unfortunately am unable to make any headway any time soon as I am finishing up a semester in my grad program. @Parodda will be the best person to work with on all of this for the time being. She is making most of the edits and moving the page along while I am unable to. If you could please make sure to tag her on communication, so she can keep up, that would be great! Thanks again! Hi @CaroleHenson thank you again for helping to improve this page. I apologize for the late reply - finals season in college has been a bit crazy. I am the main editor that has been working on the article, and the points that you have mentioned so far are very helpful and make a lot of sense! I should have time this week to start making those changes. Let me know if you have any more suggestions or if there is anything else I can do! - Parodda (talk) 20:13, 30 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
