Sources??[edit]

In this substantial edit to Alan Watson (rower), you introduced a large amount of material, but cited no sources. Rather, the material had the tone of a personal reflection. Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to [[WP:V|verify] the content that is added to articles. Material that is unsourced may be removed at any time. If Watson's role as a coach at the University of London was so substantial, surely there should be independent sources to look to for this information.
