Speedy deletion of Zeeweed[edit]

A tag has been placed on Zeeweed requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Chris19910 (talk) 20:15, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Pressure Pipe Inspection Company, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.ppic.com/about/history.shtml. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. A tag has been placed on Pure Technologies Ltd., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia for multiple reasons. Please see the page to see the reasons. If the page has since been deleted, you can ask me the reasons by leaving a message on my user talk page.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. TransporterMan (TALK) 19:01, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The following two comments are copied from Talk:Pure Technologies Ltd., and are copied here because TransporterMan gives good advice. - 2/0 (cont.) 04:28, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This page should not be speedy deleted because... -- there are no copyright violations. The content is ours, we grant permission to be reproduced on Wikipedia — Preceding unsigned comment added by Neitzen (talkcontribs) 20:27, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't make any difference if you are the copyright holder or if its use here is totally legal, Wikipedia policy prohibits its use here unless you follow one of the processes here. Please note, however, that doing so allows anyone in the world to use your online material, not just Wikipedia. There is no other way (at least none that Wikipedia will accept) to give permission in a way that only Wikipedia, but no one else, can use your material. The better and easier course may be to rewrite the material for the article, but be aware in that regard that mere paraphrasing, change of first to third person, changes in verb tense, and similar revisions of the material will be regarded to be close paraphrasing and will not cure the copyright problem; it really has to be entirely rewritten from the ground up.
