Please look at talk page. It was removed because it wasn’t cited and was a comma splice to boot. If you disagree with moving it to a daughter page there is a section there to stay so. But if you want it to stay in this article it needs to be cited Elinruby (talk) 21:28, 12 April 2022 (UTC)

Each country in that sentence has a source after it - eight total sources for a single sentence. Even for a current event that's more than sufficient. If you have an issue with the sentence's grammar, please correct it instead of chopping the end of the sentence off and leaving the rest of it hanging. I note that on the talkpage you admit you haven't reviewed the sources; please do so, you'll see that even a quick glance is enough to confirm their content. Ok, look. Did you see on the talk page where I said i had seen exactly that kind of post? But this is still emotionally charged language that should itself be cited, even if the front half is if anything over cited. But don’t worry. I have no intention of trashing all that work. But they are trying to slim the article down to a summary article, and I am looking over the current text as a prelude to that. Are most of these reactions on social media? Because I don’t think there is an article about social media in this war yet, but maybe there should be. Russian information war against Ukraine gets into this a little, but mainly in terms of Russia and Ukraine. Meanwhile the comma splice part just means that a comma is linking two sentences where there really should be a period. I don’t doubt the truth of any of that sentence; I am just saying that the last part of that sentence needs to be cited. so I looked again and see your point now. Nonetheless, if we are trying to move stuff off, this strikes me as something that could potentially become its own article, but if this is your work I would prefer to do it with your input. It's not necessarily my work; I simply saw that the sentence had been truncated without removing a list of countries, so I tidied it up - I mostly just fix typos or incomplete edits like this one. Well it’s been discussed on the talk page. I will check again before doing anything major. So far I have been doing a trim for wordiness. That one sentence caught my eye because of all the citations, but you are right, the last three sets of references refer to something different than the first ones, and the part I cut was the predicate for that clause. Just an aside...

when I first started work on that List, THIS is what it looked like. So I've put in over ten years of work on it, bringing it from an unreferenced mess to a Featured List. Also I just love how the account was created in Oct '22, claims to be a member of four different projects/teams, and yet has exactly three edits in mainspace unrelated to Zak Smith (21 edits to their userpage, a mainspace edit about Smith, and six total on your talkpage and at the COI noticeboard). I suspect there is indeed a COI here, but I sure don't think it's you!
