  • Your edits are very disruptive. I strongly urge you to discuss your changes on the article Talk pages before making any more similar edits, or you risk being blocked.--Bbb23 (talk) 13:42, 4 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Greetings Bbb23. Thank you for the feedback. I am a new user and unsure why I was blocked. I am clearly learning lessons.
I have reviewed the Behavioral Guideline and believe that I had complied. I was unaware of BlazeWolf level of concerns and did not knowingly disregard their input.
Please advise and educate me, what specific components were “very disruptive” and why blocked?
My background is as a medical science doctorate with multiple peer review articles published. I have a long history as LGBQT Ally and am a proud parent of wonderful a trans-woman.
My intention with edits were to use simple language to:
    1. Support and respect the athlete’s stated preference for their gender as a woman.
    2. Support and respect that these athletes have nature medical conditions. Unlike some right wing posters in media state, the athlete’s were not intentionally ‘cheating’
    3. Clarify and improved context for readers regarding 46,XY DSD. This is consistent with the existing Wikipedia pages for Karyotype (genetic Male XY and genetic Female XX) and DSD’s in women who have been assigned as females since birth.
    A) the natural underlying medical genetic variation of 46,XY DSD results in these individuals having naturally elevated testosterone levels
    B) these testosterone levels are in the male range prior to treatment
    C) the suppression medications under the athletics sports associations are to bring naturally elevated testosterone levels from the male range vs female ranges
So, trying to apply existing Wiki knowledge to add medical insights to a setting where many people have confusion.
    Thank you
