About making new pages here on Wikipedia do I need to ask permission from living persons or group that I would possibly write? Neutral Isotope (talk) 13:05, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The answer to your questions, in order:
  1. Find a WikiProject at WP:PROJ and there will be a membership list somewhere on the specific WP page.
  2. WP:WIZARD
  3. No.
For future reference, you only have to place the {{help me}} once. If you want more help, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Primefac (talk) 13:14, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} If I go inactive for like 2 months will my account be erased and when I comeback do I need to make a new account or I could just retain this? Cause I saw an article that says if you go inactive you will be blocked for one year, is it true? Neutral Isotope (talk) 02:43, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Neutral Isotope. Short answer, respectively, no, no, false, no. The long answer is that at least as the site functions now, you can go inactive for ten years and then come back, log in with the same user name and password and resume editing; you do not need to make a new account; I have no idea where you read about this blocking idea (where did you read that?) but it's utterly false.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 02:49, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I now see. Thanks for the help! Neutral Isotope (talk) 02:52, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
