Non-notable creative professional. Body of work consists of youtube videos and an unreleased album. No reliable sources or any sources for that matter.

Comment: I have put your article at User:NewYorkStand/Vincent J. Gallo, so you can work on it as you wish. If the article for Vincent Gallo later meets the criteria for being on Wikipedia, then please ask about it. You can use WP:Drawing board for a second opinion if it looks safe from deletion. But you cannot create Vincent J. Gallo any more. The problem with your article is that it did not meet the standard in WP:BIO. You Tube presence does not show that the person should have an encyclopedia article. WP:Band tell about what is needed to have an article on a music related person.
